Wear comfortable clothing, chairs to sit on provided. Attendees must be 60 or older to participate, and must register with the community center (free). Email with any questions or to be added to our weekly email that goes out about this group to yuriy@ivs-vedanta.org, indicate the group name.

General Description:
Our individual mind, the inner spirit or Self, our health, and the surrounding social community are very much connected and interrelated. This group will help lift the spirits of the attendees by learning about our inner nature, practice mindfulness, expand the heart, and sit for meditation together. Members will understand the relationship between the mind and body, practice calming the mind and growing the heart, and feel an increased connection with one other in the spirit of oneness and community.
